1 Description:
API Bentonite clay DMC® is mainly composed of mineral Montmorillonite, in powder form, pale yellow. Quality products meet the technical requirements of API and OCMA standards in the field of exploration and exploitation of oil and gas, as well as in drilling piles, groundwater and engineering geology.
2 Quality standards:
- Toxins: Non-toxic
- Rate of mass: 800-960 kg / m 3
- PH of water: <9
- Solubility: Insoluble in water but disperse to form mortar
3 Scope of use:
Bentonite API DMC® commonly used as an agent to increase the viscosity of the water and reduce waste drilling fluids. Effective use of the best in fresh water and if hydration before they can be used in sea water and salt water in high concentrations.
4 Requirements and safe environment:
