DMC boosts production and business activities in the fourth quarter of 2017

In the fourth quarter of 2017, with the determination of completing the plan for production and business in 2017, atthe past fourth quarter progress meeting, the Leader Board of DMC has given a range of synchronous solutions to boost production and business activities of the Corporation in the last three months of 2017.
With the attemptto keep track of the market situation, be fierce in the task of managing production and business activities, the results of DMC in the third quarter of 2017 has been at a positive level in the recent difficult context with the revenue target reaching 909.7 billion VND, exceeding 30% of the quarter plan and the consolidated profit reaching 6.5 billion VND. With these results, in the first nine months of 2017, the revenue of the Corporation has reached 2,560 billion VND accounting for 96% of the year plan and the profit has reached 16.3 billion VND.
 

DMC has predicted difficulties that it will have to face up with in the fourth quarter of 2017, in which some contractors will complete drilling campaign and the amount of tasks for drilling fluids service will decrease. To ensure thatthe production and business activities of DMC will achieve the high results and maintain their profits in the next period of time, the Leader Board of DMC has given a range of crucial solutions in which require units and branches to mobilize resources and create synchronous solutions to boost production and business activities in the lastthree months of 2017 with the target of consolidating all the Corporation to have profits in the fourth quarter of 2017. Leaders of units, branches direct options of developing markets consuming products/ services to improve the operational effectiveness. DMC will need a specific plan with the target of dominating the market, the implementing time and specific solutions.
Specially, to help units deal with difficulties in the production and business activities, the Corporation will establish supportteams in the units with unit’s Deputy General Director as the team leader. These teams will take responsibility of directing, cooperating with units to look for solutions boosting production and business activities in 2017 and preparing for 2018 plan (specifying options, plans of units, recommending solutions for reconstruction of each unit). In addition, units will continue to research and create the most reasonable options to decrease the inventory level, change stocks to avoid damaging products stored for a long time in the whole Corporation.
With a range of solutions, DMC will ensure the completion of all the targets of the quarter plan as well as the year plan.
