DMC-RT has constantly improved the service quality

Since the beginning of 2017, fields of Petroleum industry have encountered many difficulties, especially for specialized service suppliers. However, a branch of DMC Corporation – Research & Development and Technical Services Center has come out with a variety of solutions improving the service quality such as oil and gas exploitation support service, anti – corrosion service, construction and equipment preservation, etc.
Oil and gas exploitation support service
DMC-RT coroperated successfully with Halliburton International GmBh in conducting linear wellbore acid treatment service to increase exploitation output for SV-7P Well at Su Tu Vang mine of Cuu Long JOC. The treatment result has been positive, increasing the well output up to 100 oil barrels/ 1 day and night. Simultaneously, DMC-RT has signed a contract with Vietsovpetro about “Research and Technological Trial to improve oil production by acid – free chemical composition at Vietsovpetro’s mines” and the conducting period will be 10 months. This is a new technological trial service of DMC-RT with the expectation that will be highly effective for specific geological condition of Vietsovpetro. It is estimated thatthe technology will be tested on two Vietsovpetro’s wells in the third quarter of 2017.
Anti – corrosion, construction and equipment preservation service
Anti – corrosion, construction and equipment preservation service is DMC-RT’s new service segment which has been assigned to expand and develop by DMC Corporation. In the pasttime, DMC-RT has been actively preparing for the development of this field, including enhancing high quality personnel, investing in modern site corrosion investigation equipment, training basic and intensive human resource. Recently, two engineers of DMC-RT have been issued International Certificate API 580 for RBI field (Risk Based Inspection) by American Petroleum Institute, which will be important foundation for DMC-RT to develop RBI service for oil and gas constructions in the nexttime.
In March 2017, DMC-RT completed conducting the service “Maintaining full Catot protection system of Phu My Fertilizer Plant”. This service included these following segments:
Examining and evaluating underground protection voltages through examining CIS and DCVG along underground pipelines; measuring and evaluating isolation situation of underground pipeline section and open conduit section; checking operating situation and maintaining full Catot protection system such as rectifier transformer, anot well, negative junction box (NJB), positive junction box (PJB), TPS, etc.
Atthe same time, DMC-RT also completed conducting the service “Repairing anti – corrosion system of B09 and B10 tanks and examining the real situation of Catot system protecting 8/10 underground pipeline at Eastern PVOIL” for PVOIL. This service consists of these following segments: supplying and installing an anode system to protecttanks, examining CIS of underground pipeline connected from Thang Nhat Warehouse to Cu Lao Tao Export-Import Harbor.

After over two months, with advanced technology as well as modern equipment, DMC-RT Branch completed above segments. Based on the results from surveys and evaluations, DMC-RT consulted for customers some solutions in order that Catot protection system can operate more highly effectively, which has been highly evaluated by partners.
For corporations of other industries, DMC-RT has recently conducted the service “Designing; supplying materials, equipment; installing and testing electrochemical anti – corrosion system protecting inside and outside pipelines for sea cooling discharged pipeline system, Expanded Duyen Hai 3 thermal plant project” in Tra Vinh Province for VINAINCON. This is one of the first services that DMC-RT developed for partners from other industries. And this is also a package service including design, manufacture, construction, installation, and inspectation. All phases from manufacturing to constructing and installing are deployed in accordance with the approved design and under careful supervision of DMC-RT’s engineers along with Vietnamese and Japanese supervisors of the investor and VINAINCON.
 

Up to now, DMC-RT has conducted almost all segments, metthe requirements of customersas well as investors. In the next period, DMC-RT will continue improving the service quality to meetthe requirements of partners, and pay more special attention to industrial services for other industries.
